Hello and welcome! I specialize in providing counseling for children, adolescents and young adults offering a safe and supportive space where young minds can explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. With 13 years of experience in early childhood education, I bring a unique perspective to my counseling practice, understanding the challenges and strengths that children experience in their development and day to day lives. I have a deep appreciation and foundational belief in the importance of the early years of life.

If you’re seeking a compassionate and tailored approach to your child’s mental health, I’d be honored to work with you and your family to support your child’s emotional well-being.

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based and Mindfulness-Based practices to guide children through their emotional and behavioral challenges. These approaches are grounded in a deep belief in the inherent strength and resilience of every child. My therapeutic approach is a blend of Narrative therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic Theory, creating a comprehensive approach that honors each child’s individual story with helping them to find solutions, healing and empowerment.

Through collaboration, empathy and practical tools, clients and I build trust to create a curious and open space to foster growth, build emotional resilience and navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma or difficulties with self-esteem, my goal is to empower children to recognize their own strengths and create positive change in their lives and within themselves.
